Lambert Castle & Upper Montclair
Hello everyone! Hope you all are gearing up for the upcoming holiday season that is literally almost upon us. Can’t believe that Thanksgiving is in four days with many traveling long and far or simply driving nearby to be with family and loved ones for this joyous occasion! Any who, today is all about my most recent visit to the notable Lambert Castle in Paterson, New Jersey and wandering about the quaint town of Upper Montclair, grabbing some gourmet coffee, and even being greeted by a rainbow after the rain stopped! All in all, a wonderful way to spend a Sunday. 🌧🌈☕️
This was taken outside of Lambert Castle looking towards the vast views of surrounding town and neighborhoods as well as NYC in the distant background which is a sight to see. The property is reminiscent of European architecture which many have to come to love and admire over the years. Currently, they’re holding a Holiday Boutique here from the beginning of this month until December 1st. Be sure to visit before it’s gone! In January, they’ll be closing up for three years that is part of a long-term renovation of preserving history and keeping it alive for generations to come.
Love this adorable fountain each time I visit!
And just like that, I was greeted with a rainbow! It had been raining for most of the day, being a normal occurrence on the east coast in November and suddenly pops of color came into the sky.
Stopped here for coffee. Great little spot for gourmet coffee brews + blends and plenty of treats! ☕️🤩
Until next time on my travels! 😉
Happy Holidays to all!
