Experienced in May 2017
Hey guys! Sorry it's been a while since my last blog post, I've been busy with academics and finishing off my last year of high school. Happy May by the way! Anyway, I decided to post about my most recent visit to the amazing Classic Thyme Cooking School in Westfield, New Jersey. I've been there once before last year for another visit which was absolutely wonderful. I took this trip with my Italian Honors club along with the Multi-Cultural Club this year and the previous year to attend a cooking class where we put our culinary skills into motion. Luckily, I wasn't half bad and everything came out delicious. The picture you see above is the exterior of the cooking school itself, looking similar to a single family home blended in with the rest of them on a busy street steps away from downtown Westfield. Inside, you're transported into a Tuscan wonderland!

The menu was all things Tuscan
Panzanella salad, filet mignon, spicy pink sauce with rotini, light alfredo sauce with tortellini, sauteed escarole salad, lemon chicken, and last but certainly not least tiramisu!

After all the cooking, we sat down to an authentic Tuscan lunch!
