Visited the historic Philipsburg Manor in Sleepy Hollow, New York (part of the Hudson Valley) that dates back the colonial period of 1750 where trading and business were at its height! Got to explore the grounds and was given a guided tour by local historians in period costume to get a sense of what life was like in that time period. Learned about the former occupants of the property from the owners to the servants, and slaves; to agriculture and food preservation, and the daily lifestyle of the colonials! Thank you again to everyone today who provided us with an unparalleled experience of this historic manor! Definitely recommend this place and would definitely return soon!
