Last Night in Paris

Le Grand Colbert

Le Grand Colbert

Well we have reached the end of my Parisian journey. In this last post, I will talking about one of my favorite places to eat in Paris on my last night there, Le Grand Colbert. This is a definite recommendation for those looking for classic French cuisine.

This is the inside of Le Grand Colbert, and it is grand indeed. Loved the chandelier lights and French brasserie style architecture. This restaurant has been around for many moons dating back to the 18th century. The food is simply amazing and the dessert is to die for.

If you're a movie expert, then you'll happen to know that a famous film "Something's Gotta Give" was filmed here during the final dinner scene starring Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton. Keaton ordered the famous roasted chicken from this very restaurant which she loved. It was amazing to have eaten at the same restaurant as they did.

After a heavenly dinner, it was time to head back to the hotel and say au revoir to Paris. Au revoir Paris!

The journey will always continue...
